Abstract: The simulation of a structure-optimized oil-fired baking furnace by using an improved operation technology of counter-flow flame instead of concurrent-flow flame was presented on the basis of the analysis of the operation characteristics of oil-fired anode baking furnace. A relative smooth distribution of the temperature and fluid flow in an oil-fired anode-baking furnace was obtained by means of numerical modeling. The result of simulation based on the improved combustion technology in the baking furnace was compared with that of the traditional way. The comparison results show that the ameliorative method is feasible.

Abstract: In the most present authenticated encryption schemes the recipient cannot prove the signer's dishonesty to any verifier if the signer denies the signature. To overcome this problem, Ma-Chen proposed an efficient authenticated encryption scheme with public verifiability. In this paper it was demonstrated that their scheme cannot resist the special forgery attack about the one-way Hash function, i.e., a dishonest recipient can easily forge valid signatures for any messages on behalf of the signer. To solve the above weakness, based on the Discrete Logarithm Problem, a secure improved scheme was proposed. This scheme can satisfy all the desired security requirements. Further, the proposed scheme is more efficient than Ma-Chen's in terms of the computation cost.

Abstract : Most previous authenticated encryption schemes have a problem that the recipient can not prove the dishonesty to any verifier if the signer denies his signatures. An efficient solving scheme has been presented in this paper. The new scheme requires less computational costs and lower communication than other previous convertible authenticated encryption schemes and the conventional signature-then-encryption approaches. In the proposed scheme, if the signer repudiates the signature, the recipient can convert this signature into an ordinary one without the cooperation of the signer. Furthermore, the message is not disclosed to any verifier during verification.

Abstract: This paper analyses the chaotic characteristics of violent abnormal vibration signals of a large rolling mill, and studies phase space reconstruction techniques of the signals. On this basis, the vibration model of wavelet neural networks and the model of backpropagation neural networks are set up, respectively, through inversion methods. The properties of these two models are tested and compared with each other. The result shows that the wavelet neural networks have an advantage over the backpropagation neural networks in rapid convergence and high accuracy. ? Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2005.

Abstract: A series of Mn 5 (Ge 3-x Sb x )(x=0,0.1,0.2,3) alloys have been prepared by high frequency induction melting method in argon atmosphere. The magnetocaloric effect ΔT ad -T curves of the alloy samples have been measured directly in the low field (H=l.3 T) produced by permanent magnet. Results indicate that the substitutions of Sb for Ge of Mn 5 Ge 3 alloy do not enhance the MCE, but change the Curie temperature a little.

Abstract: Incipient fault diagnosis in bearings is the technical prerequisite for safe production and to avoiding accidents. A highly precise acceleration transducer is used to sample vibration signals in bearings. Incipient bearing fault characteristic signals obscured by noise background are extracted by using wavelet decomposition method. The extracted signals are decomposed by means of Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) to obtain several intrinsic mode functions (IMFs). And the frequency spectra of IMFs are calculated finally. The results of theoretical and experiments research show that the spectra of IMFs obtained by the above method reveal the characteristic information in bearings clearly, which can be used to detect incipient faults in bearings.

Abstract: This paper reviewed the characteristics of chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) resins prepared with solvent process, aqueous phase suspension process and solid phase chlorination process. The properties of CPE with different chlorine contents and structures and its applications in the plastic and rubber fields were introduced. The synergism, compatibilization and stabilization of CPE were emphatically elucidated in the systems of low density polyethylene/polyvinyl chloride (LDPE/PVC), PVC/styrene-butadiene block copolymer (PVC/SBS), ethylene/ethylene-vinyl acetate/carbon black (Et/EVA/CB), neoprene/methyl methacrylate (neoprene/MMA) and SBS/MMA. The effects of CPE as the third component on morphology, mechanical properties and rheological behaviour were discussed in the blend systems of high density polyethylene/PVC/CPE and styrene-acrylonitrile/CPE.

Abstract: Using the basic theory and method of landscape ecology on a case study of Xingdong town, the present paper studied the landscape pattern dynamic change and its driving forces in Hills in the Western of Gangdong, with the help of GIS. The results indicated that the landscape pattern of Xingdong town has changed prominently during the recent 20 years, the total number of patch decreases, landscape evenness index increases, landscape dominance index fall, separation and fragmentation decrease ; artificial intervene factors. The tendencies of conversion of landscape element were from cultivated land and forest-lkand to orchard land and resident land. Major driving forces of landscape dynamic change are population, technique and policy etc.

Abstract: Nanosized (La 0.47 Gd 0.2 )Sr 0.33 MnO 3 perovskite oxides were prepared at relatively low calcinating temperature of 600°C and 800°C for 10 h using amorphous complex precursor. Curie temperature (T c ) and magnetocaloric effects (MCE) were investigated. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and electron diffraction (ED) reveal that the resulting products are of pure single-phase rhombohedral perovskite structure. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observation finds that the particle sizes are about 40-50 nm and 80-100 nm, and the T c are 285.1 K and 285.9 K, MCE are about 2.02 J/(kg·K -1 ) and 3.90 J/(kg·K -1 ) at 5 T magnetic field. A relatively large MCE with a broad peak around Curie temperature is observed in sample sintered at 800°C for 10 h. This suggests that nanosized (La 0.47 Gd 0.2 )Sr 0.33 MnO 3 is a suitable material as working substance in magnetic refrigeration in room temperature.

Abstract: To study the penetrable drying experiment of tiny Chlorinated Natural Rubber (CNR) granules from latex and discuss the influence of air temperature, air velocity and granularity. The result shows that the drying air velocity and temperature have more obvious influence than granularity on the vaporizing rate of moisture in the granules. To establish the penetrable drying model of CNR and the coefficients of the model were educed from the experiment data. Fitting experimental data, its consistency is very good. The results based on infrared spectrum analysis and physical property test show that the drying temperature of CNR should be controlled less than 100°C.
